Cool Snowy Days  
 

Largest Skating Rink
Rideau Canal is in Ottawa, Canada. In the winter, it freezes and turns into the world's largest skating rink. People of all ages come to enjoy it on their skates or sleds. People have a kind of food called "beavertail" and a cup of hot chocolate after skating.

Sled Race
The game is played in teams of two. One person sits on the sled while the other pulls it along the ice. The faster team wins.

Snow Train
Put on your ice skates, grab the waist of the person in front of you, and hold on tight! The person in front leads "the train." Tip: Have a strong skater in front.

Make Snow Angels
Lie down on the soft, newly-fallen snow. Move your arms and legs from side to side. When you get up, you'll see your "angel."

Before actually going to a snowy country, you can try ice-skating and maybe even some hockey at the Taipei Arena.
